2025-26 Winter Travel Season

We are excited to announce the beginning of our 2025-26 Winter travel season! While open gyms are not mandatory, it is a great opportunity for players to get some time on the court and allows interaction with potential teammates and coaches prior to tryouts.  

CYA Select (Travel) Basketball teams have participated in the Fairfax County Youth Basketball League (FCYBL) for more than 30 years. Teams in this league are exposed to a more competitive level of play relative to CYA House program.

Open gyms begins in September.  Our tryout schedule is still being finalized and will be published very soon.  Tryouts will begin in early October.  The full schedule will be available on our website, cyabasketball.org  Any schedule changes will be communicated through email, but our site will always have the most up-to-date information.
